In 2026, the Regional Nature Park will celebrate its 40th anniversary. To mark the occasion, a special day of activities is being organised. The event will take place on Saturday 12 September in the Audomarois and the Pays de Lumbres.
Nature walks in the morning
On the morning of Saturday 12 September, put on your walking shoes to explore the area, its natural treasures and the initiatives in place to protect it through a series of nature walks. Sustainable agriculture, biodiversity conservation, local planting schemes, and the protection of rivers and the Audomarois marshes will be on the agenda for this morning of discovery. The walks will take place simultaneously around Saint-Omer, in the Aa Valley and the Hem Valley. Which one will you choose?

Activities for children and their families in the afternoon
In the afternoon, meet at Saint-Martin-lez-Tatinghem, in front of the Maison du Marais! There, explore our stalls and those of our partners for activities aimed at children and their families! Games, storytelling, concerts and zany discoveries will all be part of this fun-filled afternoon!
